These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kh999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kh999 online gaming platform accessible at kh999.bet (the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform in any way, you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in all matters of interpretation and dispute resolution.

1.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the kh999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and kh999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

You may only register one account per person. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. kh999 may request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kh999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit documents including a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method you use. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. kh999 may also verify your age and identity via third-party data sources.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kh999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number. You must notify kh999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. kh999 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

kh999 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. All transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied to transactions made via local payment providers.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kh999 may apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this section, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses, free credit, and free spin awards are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion. For example, a promotion specifying a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a cumulative total of ৳30,000 on eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering on restricted games (typically live dealer tables, certain progressive jackpots, and select table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all to wagering requirements — this will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to each player once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account suspension. 4.3 Bonus Expiry

Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the voiding of all bonuses, reversal of associated winnings, and permanent account suspension.

4.5 Seasonal and Special Promotions

kh999 may offer time-limited promotions tied to cricket seasons (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Victory Day on December 16, Independence Day on March 26), and other occasions. These promotions will carry their own specific terms and are subject to the general bonus conditions above. All such promotions are offered at kh999's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

By using kh999, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kh999 Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault may be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating.

5.1 Player Responsibility

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or other exceptional circumstances, kh999 reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes. Settlement times for live markets are determined by official match result confirmations from recognised governing bodies (BCCI, ICC, FIFA, and others as applicable).

6.4 Dispute Resolution for Game Outcomes

If you believe that a game outcome has been settled incorrectly, you must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the disputed event with full details including the game name, round ID or transaction reference, and a description of the issue. kh999 will investigate and respond within 5 business days. For disputes involving third-party game studios, kh999 may need to liaise with the relevant provider and resolution may take longer.

kh999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected breach of these Terms, fraud, security concerns, or regulatory requirements. Where possible, kh999 will provide advance notice of account closure by email, except in cases where immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your kh999 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any verified balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus balances subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. 7.3 Balances on Closure for Breach

Legal action may be pursued to recover losses caused by the player's conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kh999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and game provider partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if kh999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1 Platform Availability

kh999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond kh999's control (including acts of nature, internet infrastructure failures, and force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. kh999 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by players during periods of Platform unavailability.

8.2 Maximum Liability

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, kh999's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your kh999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless kh999 and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

8.4 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law. kh999 operates as an offshore platform and does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players access the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
